Biboumi adoption

Hi,

I am Rafael Passos, a Brazilian Software Enginneer and researcher working
with FLOSS engineering and the Linux Kernel.
I've been participating closely with the Debian Brasil community

I started contributing to a few packages from the team,
and also have a few new packages to be uploaded soon.
I want to adopt the Biboumi package, because I'm also a user :).
I host my XMPP (Prosody) server, and use it with Biboumi to reach the
Debian Brasil IRC channel, for example.

I don't have upload permissions yet, but my colleagues offered to sponsor
my uploads. Sergiodj (in cc) is also member of the VoIP team in Salsa, and
gave me permissions for the repo already.
