<br />We have been using Mandrake linux 9.2 with Asterisk for several years<br />without
any problems. We have just loaded Debian (tried both 2.4 and 2.6<br />kernels) on
a server for testing. After just a few hours or so, the<br />asterisk(1.2.7.1)
IAX2 driver locks up.The IAX2 registry shows register<br />state is 'Sent" but
msgs never actually get sent(tcpdump). It does not pick<br />up msgs
either.<br /><br />All other functions work properly including the SIP driver. So it
appears<br />that the IAX2 driver gets locked out.<br /><br />Has anybody here that is
using Debian(sarge) seen this happen?<br /><br />We are most certain that is we load
up Mandrake linux on this server that it<br />will work fine. But we are
interested in moving to Debian if possible.<br /><br />Don
