Bug#441007: webkit: Build fails if qt3-dev-tools is installed

qmake-qt3 has a higher priority than qmake-qt4. So if both are installed
/usr/bin/qmake will point to qmake-qt3 and thus the build of webkit
fails.
You should either Build-Conflict with qt3-dev-tools or change
debian/rules and call qmake-qt4 directly. I'd prefer the latter.
