Bug#476514: libwebkit-1.0-1: Install GtkLauncher and DumpRenderTree in libexec

A few nitpicks about the patch:

- version 0~svn31841-1 has been released, so you should create a totally
  new changelog entry. Please use the following command line to create
  the new entry:
  debchange --release-heuristic changelog
- Please add "Closes: #476514" in your changelog entry, so that this bug
  gets closed when a new package is uploaded.
- Please create your patch with git format-patch (you must commit on
  your local branch first), so that you get creditted in the git history ;)
