Cannot install libwebkitgtk-dev from experimental

Hi,
I'm trying to install the experimental version of libwebkitgtk-dev
(29752) in a clean i386 chroot, but it seems to be uninstallable:

root at ema:/# apt-get install libwebkitgtk-dev -t experimental
