webkit almost ready to migrate

Almost all the bits needed for the webkit 0~svn32442-1 mini-transition
are in place, and I'm expecting it to be ready in a couple days.

If you were planning on an upload, it'd be great if you could hold it
until the current packages in testing migrate. After that, all
migrations will be painless as usual. ;)
