Bug#564473: libwebkit-1.0-2: Clears Location field when unable to load page in epiphany

After upgrading to webkit 1.1.8, any problems in loading a page in epiphany would lead to the location field to be cleared. This causes a number of problems:

- Correcting a mistyped url becomes tedious.
- After a crash recovery, the window or tab loads a Blank Page, rather than the original URL.

Downgrading to 1.1.7-2 resolves the issue.
