Bug#623438: Please package EFLWebKit (libwebkitefl?) recently merged to SVN

Hi. This is a wishlist item to include newly merged efl webkit 
in Debian. The work seems to be done at a good pace, and with corporate 
funding, so it seems like a viable alternative.

It's also a pre-requisite for RFP #623437, Eve browser.
