Great, I was planning on doing this, but my desktop died and I cannot
spare too many cycles of my laptop right now. What I usually do is use
the script written by Mike Hommey to import the new upstream version
into the repo (I'm attaching them).

Make sure you have the latest commits from the stable repo, then run
this script while in the webkit-1.2 branch. Then merge that branch into
debian/unstable, do whatever changes you want to do and tag/upload.

Ping me on IRC (kov at OFTC or FreeNode) if you have any questions, I'll
do my best to help.
