Bug reopened because it doesn't seem to have been fixed.
After installing libwebkit-1.0-2 v1.2.7-3, Epiphany and Midori still
exhibit the same problem. Chromium doesn't, but for some reason it does
not depend on libwebkit-1.0-2, and does not appear to be doing any DNS
prefetching at all, even though this is supposed to be enabled. I don't
know why that would be.
This is all on i386, if that matters.
