Nice catch. Fixed in c506733b2f51674eabcde6c6b29f3b3b54cb36c5 (that code
is there to ignore all bugs filed against pseudo-packages, I've modified
it to check if the source package is in testing OR the binary package is
in testing)

those are now fixed in wheezy

those are apparently suffering from the same problem as the 4 bugs
above.
I suspect that the problem is that one of the db used by Debbugs is
changed in the middle of the bug import by the synchronization scripts.
I've added a dirty workaround (cancel the import if those files change).
Let's see if it improves the situation.
