Bug#657090: libwebkitgtk-3.0-0: misrenders italic text using webfonts

Hi,

I've seen this for a while now, and I'm not at which point this bug got
introduced. But basically the issue is that in a paragraph of text using
webfonts (like those commonly used from Google), the positioning of
italic text is completely off. I also notice that text at the end of a
paragraph is more off than at the beginning of a paragraph.

I'm including a minimal HTML testcase, and screenshots of how it renders
in Firefox, and how it misrenders in webkit.

I filed it on libwebkitgtk-3.0-0 because of Epiphany, but it seems to
show the same misbehaviour in Midori.
