Removing armel from the list of arches we build for

I know nothing about armel honestly, just relaying what I was told,
sorry if I'm misrepresenting.

Yeah, I am not talking about ARM in general, I can list a bunch of armhf
users of this package myself, what I was told was armel was not really
being used for this kind of stuff.

I guess there are people who oppose the removal of this support, so I
won't be pursuing this option, thanks for your input!
