webkitgtk on bsd/hurd

Hi,

As you can see on [1], webkitgtk failed to build on kfreebsd. That was an old
version, but I believe latest 2.0.x in experimental is also affected. I expect
hurd to be affected as well, after the PATH_MAX bug is fixed (I have
reintroduced the patch from #669059 that was lost in experimental for the next
upload).

I have prepared a patch (untested) that I believe would fix or would start
fixing this. Could you comment on it and/or ACK/NACK it? I will probably make a
new upload sometime next week so it will be good to get this in so we can see if
we need any additional fixes on bsd/hurd. (I know, the builds are currently
blocked on libsoup2.4. That is #710696 and help is very welcome.)
