01_do-not-build-testing-tools.patch
02_notebook_scroll.patch

are debian-specific I guess.

40_hppa_platform_h.patch
41_hppa_build_fix.patch

were going to be sent upstream by the original author.

30_gtkdoc_fixxref_warnings.patch

is a workaround for when we get warnings from gtkdoc. We are not applying it atm
but it was useful in the past (when we had gtkdoc from G3.8 with webkitgtk 1.8).

13_thread-safe-icon-db.patch
14_ia64-wide-ptr.patch
15_ia64-use-system-malloc.patch

No idea about those, but it seems we are only applying 15 atm.
