That's because in Epiphany if the web process crashes it just reports
the error that you mention but doesn't kill the browser. But the
problem is still there.
WebKitGTK+ 2.4 will be released soon. There are packages with the
pre-release (2.3.90) available in experimental.
If you can test with those and the problem is fixed, we can just wait
for the new release. Else we will need to investigate what's going on.
