Unfortunately availability of real arm hardware is very limited at the 
moment. I don't personally have access, wookey has access to some and 
last I heard he was trying to sort out setting it up a porterbox but I 
don't know if he got anywhere with that.

Qemu can sometimes be used though it's rather slow.
