Hi,
none of the items listed in

/usr/share/gtk-doc/html/webkit2gtk-4.0/webkit2gtk.devhelp2.gz

show up in devhelp. A

cd /usr/share/doc/gtk-doc
ln -s webkit2gtk.devhelp2.gz webkit2gtk-4.0.devhelp2.gz

works around the issue.
