Bug#784176: webkit2gtk FTBFS on hppa architecture (with patch)

webkit2gtk fails to build on the hppa (parisc) architecture, because the linker runs out of memory (like on some other 32bit arches).

Can you please disable debugging symbols for hppa as well? That way linking will work.
The attached patch fixes it. Can you please apply it for the next upload?
