   * What led up to the situation?

   Open any youtube.com video in the epiphany browser.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

     Click on play.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

   The player was showing an error, something like: "There was an error. Try it later. Play ID: xxxxxxx"

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

   The video was successfully played.

   NOTE: WebKitGtk+ ToT as of today, is perfectly able to play
   youtube.com videos. I've just verified it using the MiniBrowser
   application.
