First webkit2gtk security update for stretch

This should go as a point release (if accepted by the SRMs), not as a security
update (as webkit still has no security support, officially). So I'd say, do a
call for testing for rdeps, and wait for the update to migrate to testing, then
file a pu bug and see where that goes.

Or maybe do the pu bug now and say that the package could wait in
proposed-updates and not be moved to stable until testing is done and there is
some feedback.
