Hello,
we don't yet have a "regular" porterbox for riscv64, but you can
run a local qemu-based riscv64 virtual machine. A step-by-step
description of how to set it up is available in the Debian wiki
at
https://wiki.debian.org/RISC-V#Setting_up_a_riscv64_virtual_machine
If there should be any problems with the setup, feel free to ask
