This appears to be the same thing as #930935. zenity uses webkit2gtk
(for the --html option) and that library requires SSE2.

To give an idea of the scope of this issue, Wikipedia says this is a 15
year old CPU with a 75+ watt TDP. You might find that replacing this
computer with a semi-recent laptop (for example a second-hand 64-bit
laptop from the last 5 years) would not only increase performance, but
also reduce electricity consumption enough to be cheaper overall.
