Bug#928399: libwebkit2gtk-4.0-37: White spaces are always skipped in redinering of text plain.

Dear Maintainer,

 I find a problem of libwebkit2gtk-4.0-37, which doesn't show all white
spaces in rendering text plain document under the locales except for
"C" locale. 

 I checked below,

* Invoke /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/webkit2gtk-4.0/MiniBrowser and
specify URL of text plain documents ,ex "file:///home/yours/.bashrc"
  If MiniBrowser is invoked under "env LC_ALL=C" , all white spaces are
correctly shown. However under other locales ,like "env LANG=ja_JP.UTF-
8"(except for LC_ALL=C), MiniBrowser doesn't show white spaces.
More also,you can also find same problem in epiphany-browser.

* Invoke simple test script attached in this bug report, you can see
same problem. If you invoke as  "env LC_ALL=C ./this-script",you can
find correct text. However, if you invoke as like "env LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8 
./this-script",you can see the incorrect result like that all white
spaces are disappeared.

 I seems this problem directly causes grave debian bug #926872,as far
as I checked sources of evolution.

 I hope someone will fix this bug.
