Bug#995267: devhelp doesn't load the selected content

It turns out, this bug is already fixed. In WebKitGTK 2.34.1, to be precise.

I've noticed that even with ~/.local/share/mime/packages/user-extension-*.xml
files present, Devhelp still shows HTML content just fine. Devhelp wasn't
updated since the day I noticed the bug. But WebKitGTK have seen updates. I have
older versions of packages lying around, so I tried to install older WebKitGTK
versions. Testing results are:

WebKitGTK 2.34.0: no content in Devhelp.
WebKitGTK 2.34.1: Devhelp works fine.
WebKitGTK 2.34.2: Devhelp works fine.

Moreover, release page https://webkitgtk.org/2021/10/21/webkitgtk2.34.1-released.html
explicitly says: "Fix file type detection when application calls
g_desktop_app_info_set_as_default_for_extension() passing html."

I believe this bug should be closed.
