It will be sooner or later because the package is covered by security
updates, and 2.32.0 fixes 3 CVEs.

I didn't want to do it during the freeze because this update would
bring many more changes than a normal point release (it switches to a
new stable branch, 2.30 -> 2.32) so I wanted to be more careful than
usual, and we were also investigating two regressions, #987448 and
#987686. The good news is that the former is already fixed, and the
latter is the autopkgtest regression that you mention and it is not
related to webkit, it's actually triggered by xdg-desktop-portal-gtk.
