Bug#1050777: The surf autopkgtests are failing with webkitgtk 2.41

The MiniBrowser works fine and render webpages as expected

Starting surf with WEBKIT_DISABLE_COMPOSITING_MODE=1 set also workaround 
the issue and gives working rendering
