Bug#1032443: webkit2gtk: Consider building with clang instead to speed up build time

I heard that the time to build webkit2gtk can be noticeably reduced if
we build it with clang.

However, they said that gcc is faster if it's build with -g1 which we
do. (I'm filing a separate bug for that.)
