Sorry, I'm not sure that I understand that sentence... could you try
to rephrase it? Thanks!

In general WebKit dropped support for non-SSE2 CPUs at least 5 years
ago and it does not even build in those CPUs. In Debian we're actually
patching the source to relax those requirements, and while it more or
less works fine for basic browsing we cannot guarantee that for all
features.
