Dear Maintainer,

LibWebRTC is now GPL compatible [1] as BoringSSL followed license change in
OpenSSL and switched to Apache 2.0 and enabling libwebrtc support until
gstreamer webrtc support is ready would make it possible for Epiphany browser
to support WebRTC.
