[pkg-wicd-maint] Bug#831805: wicd-daemon: Not all PEAP/MS-CHAP-V2 networks require a "Domain" field

Hello everyone,

Yesterday, we have received a new bug from report bugs system.
Bug#831805: wicd-daemon: Not all PEAP/MS-CHAP-V2 networks require a
"Domain" field.

I have searched this bug in Upstream. There have some bug same:

- https://bugs.launchpad.net/wicd/+bug/897399 (Identity/Domain problem
in PEAP Edit) in 2011
Dev report fixed, but a person reported it not fixed.
>This problem still exists in 2015, isn't the fix going to be accepted
into the upstream code?

(no for answer)

I think #897399 have a patch fixed, but upsteam doesn't apply it.
