[pkg-wicd-maint] Bug#833929: wicd-daemon: takes time to reconnect / autoconnect after connection loss

Same problem. One hour after disconnection, wicd still did not
reconnect, while the preferences have "Automatically reconnect
on network connection loss". I had to connect manually.
