[pkg-wicd-maint] Bug#885546: Raising severity to serious for gksu reverse recommends

Control: severity -1 serious

gksu has been removed from Debian Testing and will be removed from
Unstable soon. It is my understanding that it is a Release Critical
bug for a package to recommend a removed package, since it will keep
the package from being automatically removed on upgrades.
