[pkg-wicd-maint] Bug#677224: wicd-gtk tray icon status always says "Not connected", able to reproduce?

I had to install python-appindicator to show the wicd-gtk tray icon in the
recently-updated enlightenment environment (#894529).
The tray icon stays not connected (exclamation mark in a black-bordered
triangle) even if I am connected.
Sooo, to reproduce:
