Moving of wmaker manpage in GIT

I think I fixed both problems.  By naming the file wmaker-common.wm 
instead of wmaker.wm, we can keep the manpage in the same package as the 
binary file and also use dh_installwm.  I've uploaded this change to git 
and reverted the previous commits.
