Hello,
just had a look. These two changes cannot go in as they are. They do not
fullfill policy "8.1. Run-time shared libraries" as they would prevent
co-installation of libwings3 with libwings4 or libwutil5 and libwutil6
because they would both ship files under the same name and path.
1 debian/{libwings3,wmaker-common}.install
- Move /usr/share/WINGs to libwings3 in case WINGs is installed
without Window Maker.
2 debian/{libwutil5,wmaker-common}.install
- Move WINGs language files to libwutil5 package. However unlikely,
it is possible for a user to install WINGs/WUtil without Window
Maker itself.
2 can be worked around by versioning the po-filenames. (like in
https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-gnutls/gnutls.git/tree/debian/patches/14_version_gettextcat.diff?h=experimental)
The issue type 1 is usually solved by shipping the files in a -common
package. ;-)
