Bug#897081: wmfrog: Does not update weather regularly

I launched wmfrog about 24 hrs ago with the arguments "-s LBWN -o +3 -m"
but it has updated only once since then.

$ LC_ALL=C ls -la ~/.wmapps/LBWN*
-rw-r--r-- 1 yavor yavor 113 Apr 27 20:29 /home/yavor/.wmapps/LBWN
-rw-r--r-- 1 yavor yavor   0 Apr 28 07:34 /home/yavor/.wmapps/LBWN_dat

The file LBWN_dat gets updated every 5 minutes (as expected) but LBWN
was updated only once and it seems the app is getting the data from
there.  FWIW, the wmweather package is working properly with the same
station (updating every 30 minutes).
