Window Maker Salsa migration

I've created a Window Maker Team team on Salsa [1].  All of the git 
repositories have been migrated over from Alioth.  I've also submitted a 
merge request to the Alioth Rewriter project to redirect all the old 
urls [2].

I'm not really sure what to do about the future of this mailing list 
yet.  It looks like there may be a solution at tracker.debian.org soon [3].
