looks good. 

I have found some minor stuff and (for the fun of it) have made a
merge-request:

* Bump to Standards-Version to 4.4.0 (no changes required).
* Also (perhaps a side-effect of fixing #924010) test_tlscomm succeeds
  for me, so override_dh_auto_test could be dropped.
* Setting DEB_HOST_ARCH_ENDIAN in debian/rules is not necessary anymore.

Could you doublecheck and merge? (I am not proposing that we always do
everything through merge-requests, I just felt it was a nice opportunity
to check whether the functionality works, in case we need it.)
