I've packaged the new release of libdockapp.  This includes a fix to the
wmgeneral API that resolves the gcc-10 FTBFS that affects wmmisc.

Doug added the wmgeneral library to libdockapp in 0.7.0.  The gcc-10
FTBFS bugs that affect wmcore and wmcube are the results of their
including private copies of the wmgeneral source.  Therefore, I've added
patches so that they now use libdockapp instead of the private copies,
so the libdockapp fix should fix those bugs too.
