Switch Maintainer email address to tracker.debian.org?

We've been told since Alioth was shut down that alioth-lists.debian.net was a
short-term solution [1], so we should probably consider what to do for the
Window Maker Team packages.

One solution, proposed in [2], is to use team+wmaker at tracker.debian.org.

Any thoughts?
