I went ahead and switched the SCM to git and will start moving some of
my stuff over from github soon, starting with libdockapp since kix just
released a new version.

One question:

My other Debian packaging team membership is Debian Science, and they
use three different lists:  one for discussion, one that's listed in the
Maintainer field in d/control and thus gets all the bug reports, and one
for git commits.

Do you think we should follow this model?  Or just use this list for
everything since we're smaller?  Or something else?
