    Actually I was thinking about the possibility of using Mercurial as
a distributed SCM to better allow work on the parts of the project each
person is best skilled at with a central repository stored on the Alioth
web server. Also the fact that Xen already makes use of Mercurial itself
upstream.

    I was actually working on setting this up on Alioth last nite and
only ran into an issue while trying to customize the Apache config for
the web site.
