But on the other hand if our tree will only contain the debian/ dir and not all
xen all the benefits of merging, etc. patches from our repository for them is
lost, isn't it? We are going anyway to have to keep them in a format useful for
us to be applied (eg. dpatch) and submit them separately...

I would understand more the use of mercurial if we kept a whole "debianized"
tree for xen, which would then really use the full potential of having a
distributed model!

If we are going to use a distributed SCM configured in a centralized way, on
Alioth, wouldn't it be better to have a centralized scm, instead? :D
