[Pkg-xen-devel] SCM and Mailing list input [u]

    I will have to log in and check the actual list settings but I would
agree that it should be open so that anyone can reply to reach the team.
I would also imagine that it will be the "Maintainer:" address used in
the packaging with respective "Uploader:" fields for those with Debian
upload privileges.
