[Pkg-xen-devel] SCM and Mailing list input [u]

    Well the repo on svn.debian.org should be active now as I just got
the reply back to the request.

    As for the comment regarding pbuilder. I usually do all my final
builds prior to upload through pbuilder and have a stable and unstable
pbuilder base.tgz setup locally.
