just to be sure to do it right, svn://svn.debian.org/pkg-xen is the "path" of 
the svn repo and I can use my alioth login data to submit/commit, right? Ah, 
and what about the filestructure in the repo? should I just upload the files 
to the repo's root or should I add the "debian" directory + the files?

hmm :) my "autobuilder" is nothing more then pbuilder with some shell scripts. 
it works perfectly for woody, sarge, etch & sid and because of some addional 
scripts I can autoupdate source packages from for example debian/experimental 
or other deb-src repos and can do other stuff like use "build-orders" or 
other kind of hooks.
