yep, that works...

ah, and after I ssh'ed to svn.debian.org for the first time the svn checkout 
works... great.

svn checkout svn checkout ... ?

I did the following all the time:
svn checkout svn+ssh://tha-guest@svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-xen
but I just was asked for my password over and over again.

I wasn't able to even checkout with svn+ssh:// instead only using svn://, so I 
haven't tried to commit yet.

I will now upgrade the files to 3.0.1-0tha3 (besides the changelog of course) 
and commit then. I guess this also works now, because the svn+ssh thing 
completly didn't worked till now.
