ok, I have changed the files in the last svn revision so that no kernel source 
needs to get downloaded anymore and no patch is actually generated, instead I 
added the patch in the debian dir, so that dh_kpatches just have to use a 
diffrent url to make a .deb from the patch file.

if someone dislikes it, please change... just my first version, but works .)

P.s.: I added a scripts directory in the trunk-root. I also uploaded one small 
script, that will generate a .patch file (if executed in a xen3 sourcedir). 

just a small helper, not meant for release in any official package or so.
