solved, but we have to call "make mrproper" before actually compiling the
pae-hypervisor, because a "make clean" in the xen hypervisor folder isn't
enough.
and we have to build the pae hypervisor after the "make dist" call for the
normal files.
but it's working and gets packaged correctly now. but I have no pae-enabled
system to test at home. I will test the result on a pae-enabled system on
monday, to be sure the pae-hypervisor boots and is working together with the
normal user-space tools.
